In conducting the KOLAS accredited testing work of KRAAC, all personnel involved in the testing activities shall understand the importance of fairness, manage conflicts of interest, and do their best to enhance trust.

• 1 Testing activities shall be conducted fairly and management shall ensure fairness in all tasks.
• 2 The personnel involved in the testing activities shall be responsible for the fairness of the testing activities and shall not allow any commercial, financial or other pressure to impede the fairness of the testing activities.
• 3 If an external organization conducting a consignment test engages in activities that violate fair performance, the consignment contract shall be terminated immediately.
• 4 The Center does not market or make suggestions to customers in conjunction with the activities of a particular organization that provides advice.
• 5 To identify, minimize or eliminate all hazards to the fairness of the Center, i.e. any hazards that may arise from the activities of the Center, its relationship with the Center or its personnel.
• 6 In principle, an organization that conducts testing activities and an external organization that performs consignment work shall not.
